Standard Academy Group Batch
Schedule & Batch Dynamics
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week on alternate days.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Setting: Large group batches (15 to 20 students) driven by competitive spirit.
- Supervision: Led by Head Instructor with 1 to 2 assistants.
Training Drill
- Conditioning: Old school drills using tires for agility and floor ladders for footwork.
- Basics: Repetitive drilling of blocks, punches, and kicks (Kihon & Kata).
- Sparring: Controlled fighting practice with safety gear to overcome fear of contact.
- Self Defense: Practical techniques against wrist grabs and chokeholds.
Facility & Environment
- Venue: Tilak Nagar facility with 25mm EVA safety mats.
- Climate: Non AC, fan cooled environment designed to build toughness.
- Equipment: Shared access to punching bags and heavy bags.
- Note: Uniform (Gi) and quarterly belt exam fees are charged separately.
1-on-1 Future Fighter Program
Program Structure
- Format: 100% private 1 on 1 training.
- Volume: 12 sessions per month (typically 3 classes per week).
- Location: Trainer travels to your home (within 5km radius) or private studio slot.
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes of high intensity work.
Personalized Advantages
- Pad Work: Extensive focus on striking mitts for power and accuracy.
- Progression: Faster movement through belt ranks due to instant error correction.
- Custom Fitness: Drills tailored specifically to the child's flexibility or strength gaps.
Logistics
- Home Setup: Family must provide a 6x6 ft cleared space; trainer brings the pads.

Why We Do What We Do
We're not just teaching karate moves here. Our mission is to build future champions for India - real fighters, inside and out. Training is tough, and we don’t sugarcoat anything. Kids who train with us are pushed to be confident, disciplined, and focused. Respect matters here - for coaches, each other, and themselves.
How We Train
We start with karate fundamentals: stances, blocks, jabs, crosses, and kicks. It’s all about perfect form before going advanced. From there, we move to self-defense for kids - practical stuff, not just theory. We make sure everyone knows how to handle real-life situations, especially our girls. I always say, 'Aankhon mein dekh ke fight kar!' (look into the eyes and fight!) because awareness beats aggression.
Fitness is a big part of our sessions. We mix agility drills, strength training, and classic karate exercises. You’ll see punching bags, tires, and a lot of sweat. I’m always pushing the kids, 'Tej maar!' (hit harder!).
Who Can Join
Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or have some experience. We’ve got separate batches for every age group:
- Kids: 3-6 years
- Juniors: 7-12 years
- Teens: 13-17 years
What Happens After Training
We don’t just train, we compete. Our students win medals at state and national events like All India Karate Championship. That feeling when the hard work pays off - nothing beats it.
Group classes happen at our Tilak Nagar academy, but if you want personal training at home, that’s an option too.

My Story
Namaste, main Gopi – MMA Tigers ka coach. Log mujhe Gopi sir bulate hain. Saalon se fighters bana raha hoon, chota bachha ho ya koi adult, sabke andar ek fighter chhupa hai. Jab student ring mein confident hota hai, ya koi 8 kilo kam karke energetic feel karta hai, wahi asli khushi hai. Strict hoon, zor se bolta hoon, lekin asli taakat tapne se hi aati hai. Mehnat karni padegi, yahan shortcut nahi.
My Work
All martial arts and fitness training - MMA, Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Self-Defence, BJJ, Judo, Kung-Fu, Nutrition - sab kuch yahan.
Classes for kids and adults - Chote bachhe (3-6), juniors (7-12), teens (13-17), adults - sabke liye alag training, confidence aur self-defence.
Weight loss kickboxing and fitness - Sirf fighting nahi, weight loss, discipline, aur energetic feel ke liye bhi training hoti hai.
Real life street defence focus - 'Tez maarna' sikhaata hoon, training tough hai, taaki road pe bhi kaam aaye.
Personal MMA training at home - Academy nahi aa sakte? Ghar pe bhi training available hai – personal attention milta hai.
