Private Group Training (2-5 Users)
Group Dynamics
- Capacity: Designed for 2 to 5 participants (Family/Neighbors).
- Location: Conducted in society park, common area, or large terrace.
- Gear: Coach provides 2 sets of pads/mitts for group rotation.
Session Flow (60 Minutes)
- Formation: Line drills and discipline focus.
- Game-Based Fitness: Relay races and reaction drills to maintain high energy.
- Technique Rotation: Instructor corrects individuals while the group performs repetitions.
- Partner Drills: Participants hold pads for one another under strict supervision.
- Sparring: Controlled, touch-contact sparring (light) monitored by the coach.

My Story
I’m Sarabjeet Singh, founder of Warriors Martial-Art. I always say, har kisi ke andar ek fighter hota hai (everyone's got a fighter inside). My passion? Helping you find yours. Whether it’s a kid nailing a tornado kick or a woman smashing her first board, those moments – wah, kya baat hai! – make me proud. We win medals, train together, sometimes even choreograph movie fight scenes. Discipline, skill, strength – that’s our style, Team Warriors.
