Standard Group Fitness Batch
Batch Access & Supervision
- Standard Batch Access: 6 days/week access to General Fitness or Fat Loss slots (morning/evening).
- Group Size: Large group format (12-20 participants) led by a certified floor trainer.
- Instruction Style: Follow-the-leader circuit training with group execution.
Training Modules & Equipment
- Cardio Drills: Intensive use of agility ladders, hurdle jumps, and spot jogging.
- Functional Equipment: Shared usage of medicine balls (3kg-5kg), light dumbbells, and resistance bands.
- Calisthenics: Bodyweight focus (burpees, mountain climbers) performed barefoot on 25mm EVA foam mats.
Facility & Amenities
- Environment: Basement dojo setting with wall-mounted fans and split AC units.
- Flooring: Red/Blue interlocking martial arts puzzle mats (no outdoor shoes allowed).
- Changing: Access to basic changing room and washroom facilities.

- Exclusive Batches: Access to dedicated Strength & Conditioning (7:00 AM) or CrossFit specific slots.

Heavy Duty Equipment Usage
- Power Training: Use of 50-80kg tractor tires for flips, sledgehammers, and 15m heavy battle ropes.

About Strength & Conditioning
No Boring Workouts
I grew up believing fitness isn’t just about big muscles or endless cardio. To me, it’s about discipline and getting tougher in body and mind. Most gyms? Too repetitive. Here, every session is different. We train to be stronger, quicker, and ready for anything.
What Happens in Our Sessions
I mix things up so your body never settles. Expect high-intensity interval workouts - kettlebells, battle ropes, all that sweat. Sometimes it’s functional strength training, other times we torch core and burn fat. Cardio isn’t just running - I use agility ladders, jumps, and plyometric drills to keep your heart working. If you’re stiff, group sessions focus on flexibility too.
Who Can Join
You could be a total beginner, a pro athlete, or somewhere in between. We’ve got teens (special class at 6 PM), folks starting out, and even a regular who’s 60 and still smashing it. You’ll find men and women of all ages here.
The Energy
We train together and that group energy makes you push harder. I’ll coach you, make sure you’re safe, and I won’t let you slack. You’ll hear me say, “Power lagao!” or “Thoda fast karo!” because we’re here to get real results and build athlete-level conditioning.
Quick Glance at Timings
- Morning classes from 7:00 AM

My Story
Started out in a regular park, just a kid chasing dreams. Fifteen years later, here we are - medals, black belt, all that jazz, but honestly, the real kick is seeing folks change, inside out. MMA Masterkickers isn’t just about punches and kicks. It’s about finding your own power, building mental strength, and yes, thoda power lagao! (Put in some power!) That’s what we’re about.

Non-violent Self-Defense & Lifestyle - Not a fight club. We teach discipline, focus, confidence, and non-violent self-defense. No boring workouts.
