About Strength & Conditioning

No Boring Workouts

I grew up believing fitness isn’t just about big muscles or endless cardio. To me, it’s about discipline and getting tougher in body and mind. Most gyms? Too repetitive. Here, every session is different. We train to be stronger, quicker, and ready for anything.

What Happens in Our Sessions

I mix things up so your body never settles. Expect high-intensity interval workouts - kettlebells, battle ropes, all that sweat. Sometimes it’s functional strength training, other times we torch core and burn fat. Cardio isn’t just running - I use agility ladders, jumps, and plyometric drills to keep your heart working. If you’re stiff, group sessions focus on flexibility too.

Who Can Join

You could be a total beginner, a pro athlete, or somewhere in between. We’ve got teens (special class at 6 PM), folks starting out, and even a regular who’s 60 and still smashing it. You’ll find men and women of all ages here.

The Energy

We train together and that group energy makes you push harder. I’ll coach you, make sure you’re safe, and I won’t let you slack. You’ll hear me say, “Power lagao!” or “Thoda fast karo!” because we’re here to get real results and build athlete-level conditioning.

Quick Glance at Timings

  • Morning classes from 7:00 AM
  • Mid-morning batch (CrossFit/general fitness) from 9:30 to 11:00 AM
  • Teenagers fitness at 6:00 PM

My Story

Started out in a regular park, just a kid chasing dreams. Fifteen years later, here we are - medals, black belt, all that jazz, but honestly, the real kick is seeing folks change, inside out. MMA Masterkickers isn’t just about punches and kicks. It’s about finding your own power, building mental strength, and yes, thoda power lagao! (Put in some power!) That’s what we’re about.

My Work

All-in-one Martial Arts & Fitness Classes - Karate, MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Self-Defense, CrossFit for weight loss, SNC, BJJ, Yoga, Dance, Gymnastics - all ages.

Champion-led Training - Train with me and my certified team. We’re athletes, so you get real champion-led martial arts training.

Classes for Everyone - Kids, adults, seniors, even specially-abled champs. MMA kids classes and workshops for all.

Non-violent Self-Defense & Lifestyle - Not a fight club. We teach discipline, focus, confidence, and non-violent self-defense. No boring workouts.
