- Guidance: Includes video links demonstrating correct form for every exercise.
- Form Review: Clients can record their sets and submit videos for critique.
Remote Support
- Weekly Check-ins: One scheduled review per week via WhatsApp or voice note to analyze weight and progress photos.
- Communication: Asynchronous queries handled via WhatsApp voice notes/text in Hindi or Hinglish.
- Supplement Advice: Recommendations for whey protein and multivitamins (products not included).
In-Home Personal Training (12 Sessions / Month)

Nutrition Support
- Dietician Access: Includes consultation with the team nutritionist for meal planning.
- Tracking: Monthly body composition analysis using tape measurements and weighing scale checks.
Intensive In-Home Transformation (20 Sessions / Month)
High-Frequency Coaching
- Frequency: 5 visits per week (Monday to Friday, ~20 sessions per month).
- Focus: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or muscle hypertrophy using basic compound movements.
- Trainer Level: Prioritized allocation of senior trainers capable of handling complex cases like post-stroke recovery or thyroid issues.
Advanced Nutrition Strategy
- Cyclical Planning: Diet charts updated every 10-15 days (e.g., carb cycling) based on immediate progress.

- Gym training for those who want machine or free-weight guidance. I’ll help you nail your form and keep things simple but effective.

My Story
Log mujhe dekhte hain aur sochte hain ki main hamesha se fit tha. Par bhai, 'Chandu to champion' ka safar easy nahi tha. Mehnat, girna, uthna - sab kuch kiya hai. Day 1 se Day 90 tak, main apne workout aur meal document karta hoon, taaki main khud accountable rahoon aur dusron ko dikhau ki jo main bolta hoon, wahi main karta hoon. Asli sukoon mujhe Hanuman Mandir jaake milta hai. Wahi se discipline aata hai. Setback ke bina comeback nahi hota.
