Monthly Combat Fitness Access
Training Schedule
- Frequency: Access to 6 days a week training batches.
- Duration: 60 to 90-minute sessions depending on the daily program.
- Group Size: 15 to 25 students per batch under direct coach supervision.
Facility & Equipment
- Environment: Non-AC facility utilizing high-velocity wall and ceiling fans for natural heat acclimatization.
- Surface: 25mm-30mm puzzle mats for impact absorption.
- Functional Gear: Usage of tires, sledgehammers, battle ropes, and agility ladders.
- Weights: Access to shared basic free weights (barbells, squat stands) and heavy bags.
Training Scope
- Calisthenics: Guided pushups, pull-ups, burpees, and animal flows.
- Outdoor: Occasional bootcamps conducted at nearby public parks for endurance running.
- Mobility: Assisted stretching and basic acrobatics (rolls, cartwheels).
Quarterly Transformation Package
Value & Duration
- Period: Uninterrupted access to all batches for 3 consecutive months.
- Cost Benefit: Approx. 15-25% savings compared to the month-on-month payment model.
Advanced Training
- Sparring Integration: Gradual entry into light technical sparring sessions (Boxing/Kickboxing) with protective gear.
- Progression: Increased intensity in bag work and pad drills for endurance building.
- Tracking: Informal monitoring of performance metrics (run times, rep counts) by the head coach.
Additional Support
- Dietary Guidance: Basic nutritional advice focusing on traditional foods (home-cooked meals, milk, almonds, ghee). Note: Not a certified nutritionist plan.
- Community: Participation in inter-club events and demonstrations.

Why We Train
Being a champion isn't just about medals. Champion woh hota hai jo roz koshish karta hai (a champion is someone who tries every day). Our club feels like parivaar (family) - we train, struggle, and improve together. I care less about being the biggest or strongest; it's more about building the mindset and discipline of a fighter.
What We Do
Combat fitness here is not your regular gym scene. It's functional strength for MMA and mental toughness that you can use in real life. You’ll find yourself doing everything from classic lifts to bodyweight drills, building raw power and actual confidence. You’ll learn to protect yourself too.
- Weight & powerlifting (think squats, bench, under strict supervision)
- Explosive workouts with kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells
- Calisthenics: pull-ups, push-ups, planks - we do loads of these
- Partner drills for core and leg strength
Conditioning & Sparring
Sessions are high-intensity - expect pad work, heavy bag circuits, and agility drills. Group sparring sessions (boxing/MMA) are the real test, but always controlled and safe. We use agility ladders, cones, jump ropes to keep you fast and sharp.
Flexibility, Balance & Akhada
Gymnastics-inspired training for flexibility and balance. We work on back bridges, splits, coordination. Facility’s got matted floors, padded walls, full strength section, bags, conditioning tools - everything we need.
Who’s It For?
Anybody willing to try. Doesn’t matter if you’re new, pro, young, old. The only thing you need is effort - koshish. We support each other and nobody is left behind.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Pavan Sikarwar, head coach at Combat MMA Club. Champion medal se nahi, koshish se banta hai – yahi main sikhata hoon. Club hamara sirf gym nahi, parivaar hai. Hum saath ladte hain, saath seekhte hain. Aftab ki kahani yaad hai – gusse mein club chhod diya, par laut kar gold jeeta. Yahan har student ki jeet meri khushi hai. Bas, yahi hai hamara fighter ka raasta.
My Work
MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Karate - Full range combat sports training, including Mixed Martial Arts and Muay Thai sparring sessions.
Kids MMA & Self Defense - Special classes for kids MMA and self defense for women. Sabko fighter banana hai.
Sparring Days - Regular sparring, real fight experience. Tap or nap – beast banna padta hai.
Championship Preparation - Organising Delhi state MMA championship, Inter Club events. National medal hamara goal hai.
