About Adult Combat & Fitness Training
I do not believe in fancy gyms where you waste time commuting. I bring the entire setup to your doorstep, whether that is a living room, a rooftop, or a local park. We focus on technique with focus mitts, kick shields, and functional tools like kettlebells, so every minute of your 60 minute slot is dedicated purely to movement and building real strength.
My sessions are designed for those who want to see results, not just go through the motions. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone wanting to sharpen your reflexes, I adapt the intensity to your current level. We start with dynamic warm-ups using agility cones or floor ladders, followed by intense pad work where you learn to throw proper combinations. This is not just a workout; it is a discipline.
I offer two main paths for adults. The standard pack includes 3 sessions a week, which is perfect for building skill and steady conditioning. If you are looking for rapid weight loss or competition preparation, the intensive 20-session pack focuses on high-volume combat cardio, shadow boxing, and advanced drills like macebell (Gada) training for rotational power.
I operate across Tilak Nagar, Janakpuri, and Rajouri Garden, bringing all the necessary kit like gloves, pads, and resistance bands directly to you. You do not need to worry about diet either; I provide straightforward advice on incorporating staples like roti, rice, chana, and eggs to fuel your training. The goal is simple: sweat, learn, and push past your limits. No excuses.
