Wheel & Prop Yoga: Deepen Your Stretches

We use props like the yoga wheel, blocks, and belts to help you explore poses more deeply and safely. These tools provide support for challenging backbends, improve alignment in standing poses, and help release tension in your shoulders and spine.

Aerial & Partner Yoga: Fly, Flow & Connect

Add a playful element to your practice with our specialty classes. In Aerial Yoga, you will use hammocks to defy gravity, build core strength, and decompress your spine. Partner Yoga is a fun way to build trust, improve communication, and achieve deeper stretches with mutual support.

Dynamic Mat Flow: Build Strength & Stamina

These are our foundational group classes where we move together through traditional asanas and dynamic sequences like Surya Namaskar and Chandra Namaskar. The focus is on synchronizing breath with movement to build heat, improve cardiovascular health, and increase overall strength and flexibility.

High-Energy Fitness: Aerobics & Stepper

For days when you want to boost your cardio, we offer high-energy aerobics and stepper classes. These sessions are designed to get your heart pumping and are a fun, rhythmic way to burn calories, improve endurance, and build lower body strength.

Community & Events: Our Yogratna Family

Our community is the heart of Yogratna. We love practicing together, not just in the studio but also outdoors in parks and even in the pool for special events like Aqua Yoga. We also have fun with team-building games and are proud to be featured in the local community.

Pranayama & Meditation: Calm the Mind

Every class ends with a focus on the breath and mind. We practice various pranayama techniques to balance energy and guided meditation to reduce stress and improve focus. These final moments of stillness are essential for integrating the physical practice and finding inner peace.
