About Wheel & Prop Yoga: Deepen Your Stretches

When you first try a wheel or a belt, it might feel like an extra gadget, but trust me, it is just a way to bring the floor closer to you. If you have been avoiding backbends because they hurt or if you cannot touch your toes in a standing split, these tools change that immediately. We don't just 'do' the pose; we use the prop to hold your alignment so you can relax into the stretch instead of fighting against your own body.
