Yoga is for every body. In our chair yoga classes, we use the chair for support to make poses accessible, helping you build flexibility and confidence no matter your age or experience level.

Have you ever tried flying? Our Aerial Yoga classes are a fun way to build core strength, decompress the spine, and experience a feeling of weightlessness. It’s a workout and a playful escape all in one.

We believe in supporting each other, on and off the mat. Our partner stretching sessions are a great example of how we work together to achieve deeper stretches, build trust, and have a little fun.

The Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a core part of our practice. It’s a full-body workout that builds heat, stamina, and focus. We flow through it together, matching our breath to the movement.
