About Yogic Cleansing & Detox Workshops
Why I Teach Yogic Cleansing
Most folks think yoga is just stretching, but I see it as a way to clean up inside too. 'Man ke jeete jeet hai, man ke haare haar.' (Victory is in the mind, defeat is in the mind.) That’s become my motto. When your body feels heavy or your mind’s foggy, it’s not just bad luck – there’s stuff you can do about it. My workshops are all about flushing out junk, so you feel lighter and clearer.
What Happens in My Workshops
I walk you through Shatkriya cleansing techniques - old-school yogic methods to sweep away toxins. We start with Jal Neti nasal cleansing using saline and a pot (promise, it’s not as scary as it sounds). If you’ve got sinus issues or allergies, this one’s a game changer.
Next, Netra Tarpan is literally a spa for your eyes, with medicated ghee to soothe eyes worn out from screens. Kapalbhati breathing detox is up next - it’s a forceful breathwork that really wakes you up and helps clear the mind. We add a dose of Bhramari Pranayama (that bee humming sound calms nerves like magic) and Ayurvedic foot therapy with neem and karela to pull out toxins through your feet.
Who This Is For
If you’re tired, stressed, or just want something deeper than regular yoga, you’ll fit right in. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or seasoned – everyone’s welcome.
What You Can Expect
I keep things real and safe. Some of these methods are new for folks, so I guide you step by step, making sure you’re comfy and doing it right. I’ll check in, ask ‘Kaisa lag raha hai?’ and if you leave saying ‘Badhiya!’ (Great!), I know we did things right.

My Story
Namaskar. I’m Yogratna, right here in East Delhi. This is my little peaceful spot, far from city chaos. I started our studios in Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar to build a local yoga family. Honestly, yoga feels best when shared—kids, elders, everyone joining in, even trying chair yoga for the first time. We celebrate together, from International Yoga Day to regular mornings. Yahi hai hamara parivaar – stronger together, always.
