- Batch Size: Cohorts of 12-18 participants allowing for group-led instruction with moderate attention.
- Curriculum: Rotating mix of Power Yoga (cardio), Hatha Yoga (holds), and occasional Zumba.
Studio Facilities
- Climate: Basement studio with Split ACs and wall fans for airflow.
- Flooring: Laminate wood-finish flooring.
- Equipment: Wall mirrors for posture check and wall-mounted barre for deep stretching.
Amenities
- Props: Shared PVC mats, foam blocks, and stability balls provided.
- Basics: Changing cubicle, shoe racks, and RO drinking water.
- Guidance: Bilingual instruction (English/Hindi) with physical adjustments.

Mera Mantra – Why I Teach Yoga
Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar. (Your body is above everything else, friend.) I run this studio because I've seen how good health changes lives. Fame and paisa (money) come and go, but without health, sab zero hai (everything is zero).
Sabke Liye Yoga – All Are Welcome
Main bar bar sunta hoon (I hear this often): "Yoga mere liye hai kya?" (Is yoga for me?) Bilkul hai! (Absolutely!) Age, fitness, flexibility – doesn't matter. Beginners, advanced folks, men, women, kids – sabke liye jagah hai (there’s space for everyone).
What Happens in Class
- Variety rules here: from Power Yoga for those wanting a proper sweat and flexibility improvement yoga, to Prenatal yoga classes for expecting moms.
- Special kids yoga classes and even fun partner stretches.
- Every session, no matter the style, has pranayama – breathing exercises to help you feel calmer and lighter.
- Group yoga sessions, so you get that community vibe. We cheer each other with a casual "Bahut acche!" (Very good!).
Studio Vibe & Timing
The studio has big mirrors, props, blocks, and even a barre. We keep it friendly – you’ll find guidance and real talk, not just fancy postures. Multiple time slots – early morning, afternoon, evening, and even special Power Yoga Happy Hours for moms who need a break.

My Story
Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar. That’s what we believe at Yog Mantra. We started this place so anyone can walk in, feel at home, and work on their mind and body together. Not just workouts, but fun and creativity too. Kids, women, non-working moms, beginners - sab ke liye (for everyone). We celebrate, we laugh, we push each other. It’s a community, not just a studio.
