Have you ever tried flying? Our Aerial Yoga classes are a fun way to build core strength, decompress the spine, and experience a feeling of weightlessness. It’s a workout and a playful escape all in one.
I am always there to provide hands-on assistance and ensure your alignment is correct and safe. In this partner stretch, I am helping a student get a deeper, more effective stretch in their hamstrings.
We believe in supporting each other, on and off the mat. Our partner stretching sessions are a great example of how we work together to achieve deeper stretches, build trust, and have a little fun.
Here, I am assisting a student in a deep forward bend during a partner yoga session. This kind of support helps release the lower back and hamstrings safely.
This partner pose, a supported forward bend, is excellent for building trust and achieving a stretch that is difficult to do alone. Plus, it’s always more fun together.

Another variation of a partner forward bend. This helps to open up the back and shoulders for one partner, while the other gets a hamstring stretch.

About Aerial & Partner Yoga: Fly, Flow & Connect
Partner yoga here is not just for couples—it is for everyone. We use simple wooden sticks and gentle assisted holds to help you find that extra inch of stretch, safely. You will never be left to figure out a difficult pose alone; I am right there to guide your alignment or act as your base for the deeper movements.
Yoga feels better when it is shared. In our partner yoga sessions at Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar, we focus on mutual support. It is less about fancy acrobatics and more about using a partner to deepen a stretch or hold a balance you might find tricky on your own. We often use props like wooden sticks to ensure we are aligned and to gently assist each other into postures that release tension in the lower back and shoulders.
Then, there is the Aerial practice. If you are tired of standard mat flows, hanging in the hammock is a total game changer. It is brilliant for spinal decompression—hanging upside down just gives your spine that much-needed relief from city life. It feels like a mix of working out and having a playful escape.
No one is judging your flexibility here. Bas haste hue chehra (just keep a smiling face) is our only requirement. Whether you are a beginner scared of the hammock or an advanced practitioner looking for a deeper backbend, my role is to spot you, guide you, and make sure you feel steady. We practice in small, friendly batches, so you get the attention you need to stay safe. Come by for a session, see how the vibe suits you, and let us stretch and breathe together.
