About Yoga Classes
Why This Place Feels Different
At The Yoga House, I’ve tried to create a spot that feels less like a fitness studio and more like your city hideout. It’s all about tuning out the outside noise, slowing down, and just being you. The vibe is homely - blue walls, sunlight, and those little moments of quiet. No pressure to look or move a certain way. Bas aa jao, mat pe aa jao. (Just come, get on the mat.)
Our Approach
Yoga here isn’t just about asanas. Each class weaves together movement, breathwork, and meditation. Expect:
- Asana flows to build strength and stability, whether you’re after yoga for flexibility and strength or just want to move
- Pranayama, because breath is everything when it comes to calming the mind
- Guided meditation for relaxation, using stillness to help you switch off from the madness outside
Something for Every Body
Styles shift depending on your mood or need:
- Hatha and Iyengar-inspired classes for grounding and alignment, with lots of props (blocks, straps, bolsters, even chairs)
- Ashtanga Vinyasa if you’re in the mood for a challenge
- Restorative yoga sessions and Yin classes for deep, slow release
What to Expect
Small group yoga classes make it easy to get personal attention. Instructors offer gentle hands-on adjustments, but always ask first. No one’s judging your form - we’re just here to help you feel at home on your mat.
Extra Bits
Sometimes we mix it up with candlelight sessions, fun workshops, and the occasional Puppy Yoga (Pawga). All levels welcome, always.

My Story
We built The Yoga House to feel like those *garmi ki chutti* (summer holidays) days – gulmohar in the air, laughter, shade, just being. For us, yoga is more than poses, it's *samatvam yog uchyate* (evenness of mind). Here, you eat fresh from our cafe, meet folks who get you, and find a little stillness even if the city’s wild. Come as you are, leave with a happy heart and maybe a belly full of good food.
