About Additional Work
Our classes are intentionally capped at 15 students, which means you get real, hands-on adjustments rather than just following a crowd. Whether you're working on your alignment with our rope wall or settling into a quiet restorative pose, our instructors prioritize how you feel in the body over how the pose looks.
At The Yoga House, we believe the practice should fit the person, not the other way around. Our Nargis Villa studio in Bandra West was designed to feel less like a clinical fitness centre and more like a home, with wooden floors and natural light that help you drop the city's intensity the moment you walk in.
The Daily Flow
We offer a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar-inspired classes to suit different energy levels. If you are looking for stability and correct alignment, you will often find us using props like bricks, straps, and our specialized rope wall. These tools aren't just for beginners; they help seasoned practitioners go deeper and work on complex postures safely.
Beyond the Mat

If you are new to us, we recommend starting with a drop-in session to experience the vibe of our Bandra shala before committing to a pass. Our instructors are here to guide you, adjust your form, and ensure you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
