I built this space so you can unplug for a bit, eat food that feels good, and just breathe. The Yoga House isn't just a healthy cafe, it's our version of an urban ashram right in Mumbai - a spot for mindful eating and easy company, whether you’re here for yoga or just a quiet meal.

The Space

Walk in and you'll catch the vibe instantly - calming blue-white walls, green plants everywhere, and cozy nooks. Grab a table to work or eat, or plop down on the floor with cushions and low tables if you want that grounded, homey feel. Our library’s there if you like to read, and nobody minds if you want to just sit quietly with chai.

Food for the Soul

All vegetarian, no frills. We use seasonal, organic veggies and keep it simple - think plant-based bowls, sattvic food (pure and light), vegan bites, healthy pizzas, Burmese curry, and yes, a chocolate orange cake that feels way too good to be healthy. Everything’s made from scratch, and that includes our smoothies and house-made drinks.

Where Community Happens

People come for the food but stay for the vibe. I see folks working, having deep chats, or playing a board game. Our events are chill - solo dinners with strangers (you actually leave with friends), conscious celebrations with music or meditation, and regular community potlucks. Feels like a vegetarian community café, where you really belong, even if just for an hour.

My Story

We built The Yoga House to feel like those *garmi ki chutti* (summer holidays) days – gulmohar in the air, laughter, shade, just being. For us, yoga is more than poses, it's *samatvam yog uchyate* (evenness of mind). Here, you eat fresh from our cafe, meet folks who get you, and find a little stillness even if the city’s wild. Come as you are, leave with a happy heart and maybe a belly full of good food.

My Work

All In Yoga & Healing - We offer Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin yoga classes, Kalaripayattu, meditation, breathwork, sound healing sessions, and more.

Everyone’s Welcome - Absolute beginner or seasoned yogi, group or solo – we’ve got space and classes for every body.

Community & Connection - Art, music, food – join our 'dinner with strangers event', library chats, and stay for the people.

Holistic Reset - We help balance hormones, lower stress, support mental health – it’s the whole package, not just flexibility.
