Our Approach to Stillness
At The Yoga House, we believe in creating a space that feels like a refuge from the Mumbai chaos. Located in Nargis Villa, our studio offers wooden flooring and natural light, creating a home-like environment rather than a sterile gym. We don't expect you to be flexible or have years of practice. You just need to show up. Our instructors are there to guide you through hands-on adjustments if you are comfortable, or simply hold the space for you to be exactly who you are.
