Our events are where we really step off the mat and into the community. Whether it's a Full Moon ritual designed to clear your head or a Puppy Yoga session that is just about having fun, these gatherings are not for traditional fitness—they are for connection. It is the perfect entry point if you have been nervous about joining a regular class, as the atmosphere is always relaxed, judgment-free, and designed to help you leave with a lighter heart.
While we love our daily practice, our events are the heartbeat of The Yoga House. We built this space in Nargis Villa to be a place where you can actually meet people who get you, rather than just walking in and out of a studio.

Our workshops, like the WellBeing Weekends we call 'Dhunn,' offer a way to explore wellness beyond the physical. We move through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, but we also make space for art, music, and simple conversation. It is less about perfecting a pose and more about finding a sense of belonging in a city that can feel quite isolating.

We rotate our programming to match the energy of the season and the sky. You will find us:
- Harnessing celestial cycles with Full Moon rituals and chakra alignment journeys.
- Bringing pure, unfiltered joy into the studio with our Puppy Yoga (Pawga) sessions, where you can relax among furry friends while supporting shelter adoption efforts.
- Deepening the practice during specialized weekend immersions, where we bring in guest teachers to guide you through sound healing, advanced inversions, or deep myofascial release.
We keep these groups small, which means whether you are attending a session with 10 people or dropping in for a community tea, you are never just a face in the crowd. Come by yourself, bring a friend, or meet someone new—the mat is always waiting.
