About Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC)
Why This TTC Feels Different
I see this course as your chance to hit pause and reconnect with what really matters. It's not just about the 200-hour yoga instructor course or ticking off a certificate - it's about finding your bindu (center) and getting real with your yoga practice, whether you want to teach or just go deeper for yourself.
Who Finds Their Place Here
- Beginners and old hands both fit in.
- If you're looking for Iyengar yoga TTC, or maybe just want to understand yoga beyond poses, this is for you.
- Wellness pros, curious souls, and anyone craving some self-discovery - sabka swagat hai (everyone is welcome).
What We Actually Do
- Loads of asana work, but not just shapes - proper alignment, safe adjustments, and making things accessible for all bodies.
- Breathwork and meditation, because yoga is more than stretching.
- Yoga philosophy minus the jargon, including Patanjali and other classics.
- Anatomy that's practical - helps you teach or practice safely.
- Teaching methods so you can find your own style, not just copy mine.
How We Roll
- Small, chill groups in our Bandra studio or online, so you don't feel lost in the crowd.
- Weekend and weekday batches, because I get that life is hectic.
- If you finish, you get Yoga Alliance certified teacher training credentials to teach anywhere.
The Extras
- Free studio classes during the course, so you can soak it all in.
- Real internship chances, plus mentorship even after you finish.
- Discounts for our TTC crew.
I won't promise you'll be a guru by the end - but you will know yourself, yoga, and maybe even find a new direction.

My Story
We built The Yoga House to feel like those *garmi ki chutti* (summer holidays) days – gulmohar in the air, laughter, shade, just being. For us, yoga is more than poses, it's *samatvam yog uchyate* (evenness of mind). Here, you eat fresh from our cafe, meet folks who get you, and find a little stillness even if the city’s wild. Come as you are, leave with a happy heart and maybe a belly full of good food.
