My Story
We built The Yoga House to feel like those *garmi ki chutti* (summer holidays) days – gulmohar in the air, laughter, shade, just being. For us, yoga is more than poses, it's *samatvam yog uchyate* (evenness of mind). Here, you eat fresh from our cafe, meet folks who get you, and find a little stillness even if the city’s wild. Come as you are, leave with a happy heart and maybe a belly full of good food.
My Work
All-In Yoga & Healing - We offer Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin yoga classes, Kalaripayattu, meditation, breathwork, sound healing sessions, and more.
Everyone’s Welcome - Absolute beginner or seasoned yogi, group or solo – we’ve got space and classes for every body.
