About Our Welcoming Space

When you visit us at Nargis Villa, you will find that our space is purposefully kept intimate. We cap our group sessions at 15 students to ensure that every person receives genuine, hands-on guidance from our instructors. It is not just about the flow; it is about making sure your practice is safe, supported, and tailored to your body's needs for that specific day.

We built The Yoga House to feel like those long summer holiday days, where the air is filled with sunlight, laughter, and a sense of simply being. Located in a heritage bungalow in Bandra, our shala is designed to be a buffer against the city’s wild energy.

Inside, you won't find the loud, competitive atmosphere of a traditional gym. Instead, we have blue walls, natural light, and plenty of space to breathe. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our approach focuses on samatvam (evenness of mind).

Our classes vary to meet your needs:

  • Hatha and Iyengar-inspired sessions for those seeking grounding and alignment.
  • Ashtanga Vinyasa for when you need a physical challenge.
  • Restorative and Yin yoga for deep release and nervous system regulation.

After class, the experience does not end. Many of our members stay back in our community cafe. It is a space where you can chat, read in the library, or simply enjoy a quiet meal. We believe that wellness is holistic—it is found on the mat, but it is nourished by the community you build around it.
