Our Ashtanga sessions are designed for those who want to move beyond a standard workout. We train without air conditioning or music because we focus entirely on building your internal heat and sharpening your concentration. It is a demanding practice, but our trainers use props and manual adjustments to ensure you maintain proper form, even if you are just starting your journey.
