Yoga for All Ages & Stages in Model Town

About this collection
In our kids' sessions, we swap rigid instruction for hula hoops, ribbons, and silks to build coordination while the little ones simply have fun. We keep our batch sizes small so every child gets the attention they need, ensuring they learn the correct form rather than getting lost in a crowd.
Building a Foundation
We believe that a yoga practice is a gift that lasts a lifetime. Whether it is a child discovering the strength of their own body or an adult finding stillness, we create a 'ghar jaisa mahaul' (home-like atmosphere) where everyone feels comfortable.
Why Yoga for Kids?
It is not about holding perfect poses. In our kids' yoga classes in Model Town, we use playful movement to improve posture, boost focus, and teach them how to breathe. For our aerial yoga sessions, we focus on safe, supervised inversions that build confidence. Our trainers are sticklers for technique and safety, ensuring that every move—whether on a mat or in a silk hammock—is done correctly to prevent injury.
Inclusive Practice
Beyond the little ones, we offer classes designed for specific stages of life. We are here to support you whether you are managing stress, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for a community that encourages you to grow. Yoga se hi hoga (it will happen with Yoga) is our mantra, and we invite you to experience it firsthand.
Commonly asked questions:
- Do my kids need experience? Not at all. We welcome all levels, from complete beginners to those who have practiced before.
- What equipment is needed? We provide all mats, props, and silk hammocks. Just bring comfortable clothes.
- Is the studio safe? Yes. We have certified trainers who perform manual spotting, especially during aerial and balancing sequences.
