About this collection
Our studio environment is designed for quiet, not for showing off. You will not find mirrors here. Instead, we use bolsters, wooden blocks, and blankets to fully support your body, letting you hold poses longer and deeper without strain. This approach ensures your nervous system can truly switch off.

Yin Yoga: Targeting Connective Tissues
