In these sessions, we focus less on how a pose looks in a mirror and more on how it feels in your body. We do not just rush through transitions; we use alignment-based Hatha to hold postures, allowing you to actually understand the connection between your breath and your movement. Understand Your Flow

Many people think yoga is about being flexible enough to touch your toes, but at our Model Town studio, we see it as a practice of awareness. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, our classes break down into two main styles that complement each other perfectly:
