About this collection
We cap our Aerial Yoga batches at 8–10 students, so you aren't lost in a crowd. You get a load-tested silk hammock all to yourself, with hands-on spotting by our trainers for every inversion, mount, or dismount. It is all about feeling secure enough to let go.
Aerial yoga, often called 'Flying Yoga,' is more than a fun trend at our Model Town studio. It is a powerful tool for spinal decompression.
