Experience a blend of traditional Hatha yoga, deep spiritual practice, and focused physical conditioning. Here in Saket, we help you find balance through disciplined, expert-led sessions.

As my Hero Item, this video of the Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance pose, performed in a traditional saree, captures the grace, strength, and cultural soul of our yoga practice. It is a visual representation of our connection to the divine through movement.

Every Friday, our community comes together for the powerful practice of 108 Surya Namaskaars. This video shows the incredible energy and collective discipline of our students moving in unison, a testament to the vibrant spirit of our studio.

Here, I am in a state of deep meditation by the water, reflecting on the Mahavakya "Aham Brahmasmi" or "I am the ultimate reality". This represents the profound spiritual and philosophical journey that is central to our teachings, going far beyond physical postures.

Strength and balance are pillars of Hatha yoga. This video demonstrates an advanced variation of Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), a challenging arm balance that detoxifies the body and builds immense focus and physical power.

Hear directly from Sandhya, one of our dedicated students. In this video, she shares her personal journey of overcoming lethargy to feel more energetic and flexible, highlighting the supportive environment and effective teaching at our studio.

Yoga is for every body. This clip shows a chair yoga session, where we use props to make asanas accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or physical condition. We meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

We believe in transformation, not just on the inside but on the outside too. This before and after image shows the incredible 11 kg weight loss journey of our student in just two months, a result of consistent practice and dedication.

Personal guidance is key to safe and effective practice. Here, I am providing hands-on assistance to a student in Sirsasana (Headstand), ensuring correct alignment and building their confidence to master advanced inversions.

About Featured

Every Friday, we practice 108 Surya Namaskars as a community. It is a demanding, high-energy session, but our focus is on collective discipline rather than just physical exertion. If you are new, we provide clear modifications to ensure you can participate safely alongside everyone else.

Our Approach to Yoga

At Adi Anant Yoga Studio, we view yoga as a path to heal and rebalance. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are looking to manage lifestyle issues like cervical spondylosis or you want to master advanced inversions like the Shirshasana (headstand), our classes are tailored to where you currently are.

The Practice

We blend ancient Hatha and Ashtanga flows with modern strength training, using tools like Mudgar and kettlebells to build functional fitness. The studio atmosphere is serious and quiet, designed for deep dhyan (meditation) and pranayama. You will not find loud music or distractions here.

Safety and Guidance

We prioritize personal safety. When you join, we assess your flexibility and discuss any therapeutic requirements. Our teachers provide hands-on alignment corrections to ensure you progress without injury. We welcome all levels, from those who have never stepped on a mat to advanced practitioners pushing their limits.
