Authentic Yoga and Meditation Classes in GK-2
I created this space as a sanctuary where you can step away from the daily noise. Whether you are here for physical strength or mental peace, my approach focuses on tradition, breath, and community.
Finding my balance with Vrikshasana, the Tree Pose. Practicing outdoors with the mountains as my witness helps deepen my connection to nature and my own inner stillness. This is the kind of mindful stability I bring into my classes.
A moment from our morning group session at the GK-2 studio. Here we are moving together through a flow, focusing on alignment and breath. You can see the shared energy and focus in the room.
Building strength and focus with a Sirsasana, or headstand, variation. This inversion, practiced in front of the studio's Buddha mural, helps improve circulation and challenges the mind to stay calm under pressure.
I am so grateful to welcome students from all over the world. Here I am with a wonderful group, including a yogi who joined us all the way from New York. Our community is a beautiful mix of people on a shared journey.
A quick walkthrough of my Aatmspand Yoga center in GK-2. I wanted to create a simple, clean, and peaceful sanctuary where you can leave the city's stress behind and focus on your practice.
Performing Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, by the river. The sequence is a full body workout that connects breath to movement, and practicing it in nature adds a powerful element of grounding and peace.
This is the atmosphere of our guided meditation and pranayama sessions. With soft, ambient lighting, we create a space for deep relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system and prepare for Yoga Nidra.
About Featured
In our GK-2 studio, we prioritize small group batches, usually capped at 8 to 12 participants. This ensures I can provide hands-on adjustments for every student, making sure your postures are safe and effective regardless of your current flexibility level.
Yoga is not just about the poses. My practice, Aatmspand, is built on the belief that movement should be a dialogue between your body and soul. In our sessions, we weave together the foundational techniques of Hatha and Ashtanga with specific breathing patterns to help you find balance.
What to expect when you join:
- Small Group Focus: By limiting our batch sizes, I ensure that everyone gets personal attention. This is especially helpful if you are working on specific goals like back pain relief or improving your breathwork.
- Breath and Movement: We dedicate significant time to Pranayama and meditation. Techniques like Nadi Shodhana help calm the nervous system, while Yoga Nidra is there for when you need that deep, restorative rest.
- A Community Space: Our studio is designed to feel like home. With elements like our Buddha mural and warm lighting, it provides a break from the city chaos. We have a diverse community of students, from local residents to visitors from Germany and New York, all learning together.
Whether you are a beginner looking to start your journey or someone seeking a deeper, more therapeutic practice, my doors are open. Let’s work together to help you find your center.
