New to yoga? This 15-minute beginner routine is the perfect way to start. All you need is a mat and the willingness to begin. I guide you through simple neck and arm movements to gently awaken your body.

We use props like chairs and straps to help you access poses safely and effectively. Here, a student uses a chair for support in Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), allowing for a deeper hamstring stretch while maintaining correct alignment.
Personal attention is key, especially in a group setting. I am here to provide hands-on adjustments, like helping a student find more length in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), ensuring you get the most out of every posture.

In our studio, we use specialized Iyengar-style wall ropes to help you access deeper stretches safely. It provides the traction your spine needs to release long-held tension, making poses that once felt impossible actually achievable, even if you are just starting out.
Yoga is not about how flexible you are; it is about how you feel after the session. At our GK-1 studio, we keep batches small—capped at 12 students—so you never feel like just another number in the room. This approach allows me to give you hands-on alignment corrections, ensuring you are doing the asanas safely rather than just rushing through the motions.
We blend Hatha for foundation, Vinyasa for strength, and restorative sessions for those days when your body needs calm, not a workout. If you are struggling with chronic back pain or stress, we focus on gentle, targeted movements. You will often see us using props like wooden blocks, straps, and inversion chairs to support your body while you build strength.
