Kya aap bhi back pain se pareshan hain? You are not alone. Here are two simple, natural movements, the Cat-Cow stretch and Child's Pose, that can provide immediate relief. In my classes, we focus on these gentle techniques to help you live pain-free.

New to yoga? This 15-minute beginner routine is the perfect way to start. All you need is a mat and the willingness to begin. I guide you through simple neck and arm movements to gently awaken your body.

Yoga is a powerful and mindful way to achieve your fitness goals. Our dynamic flows are designed to burn calories, build muscle, and boost your metabolism in a sustainable way, without putting stress on your joints.

We use props like chairs and straps to help you access poses safely and effectively. Here, a student uses a chair for support in Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), allowing for a deeper hamstring stretch while maintaining correct alignment.

Personal attention is key, especially in a group setting. I am here to provide hands-on adjustments, like helping a student find more length in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), ensuring you get the most out of every posture.

Our practice is holistic. Every class is a complete experience, integrating asanas to strengthen the body, pranayama to balance your breath, and meditation to quiet the mind for total well-being.
