My Story

Namaste ji, I’m Shiva. I’ve watched folks chase fitness in gyms but still feel empty inside. For me, yoga is more than bending and stretching - it’s about calming the mind, breathing easy, and finding peace. My shala in GK feels like home, not just a studio. I keep classes small, so I can actually help you. Seeing my students light up, not just get flexible, that’s the real win. Real people, real change. That’s what drives me.

My Work

Yoga Classes Offered - Group sessions in GK-1, online yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative Yoga for stress.

Who Can Join - Anyone - beginners, old-timers, folks with pain, stress or wanting mindful movement yoga. All ages welcome.

My Teaching Style - I keep it simple. Small batches, personal attention, beginner-friendly yoga classes. Technique comes first, always.
