Who Can Join
- No need to be flexible or experienced - bilkul (absolutely) beginner-friendly online yoga.
- Age doesn’t matter, 18 se 80 tak (from 18 to 80) - I guide every movement step by step.
- Busy work life? Practice yoga for stress relief at home, ghar baithe (sitting at home), with live or recorded classes.
