Why Boxing Works for Self-Defense
Boxing is more than a workout; it is a skill set. When you train with me, you learn to manage distance, keep your guard up, and throw punches with proper leverage. This is critical for self-defense. We skip the fluff and focus on the fundamentals: proper stance, footwork, and reactive striking. By the time you are done with a session, you will know how to hold your ground.
The Training Environment
We train at the Noida Stadium, which provides a proper, professional atmosphere. This is not a commercial gym where you just walk on a treadmill. We use heavy bags, speed balls, and a regulation boxing ring. The space is controlled and focused. If you are here for weight loss, you will get it through high-intensity conditioning—stair running, burpees, and bag drills. If you are here to learn combat, we move into technical sparring once you are ready.
