Build Explosive Power and Fighter Stamina
Real strength isn't just about big muscles; it's about endurance, speed, and raw power. Here is how I build the engine that keeps my fighters moving, round after round.
Skipping is a boxer's best friend. This student shows excellent form and speed, building the footwork, rhythm, and stamina essential for the sport.
Strength training is a critical part of our routine. Here, students are performing various exercises, including weighted sit-ups and shoulder presses, to build functional power.
Building shoulder and arm endurance with weight plates. This exercise helps my boxers keep their guard up and continue punching even when they are tired.
Resistance band training is excellent for developing punching power and speed. A group of students works on their shadowboxing form against the tension of the bands.
Building a strong foundation with burpees. This full-body exercise is a staple in our conditioning workouts to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness.
A montage of our tough conditioning drills. From push-ups inside the ring to overhead presses with bars, we build strength in every part of the body.
Core strength is non-negotiable. My students hold planks and perform other core exercises to build the stability needed to deliver powerful punches and absorb hits.
About this collection
I don't use fancy gym machines here. Instead, I use tires, battle ropes, and stadium tracks to replicate the actual, brutal demands of a boxing match. When you train with me, you’re not just lifting weights for aesthetics; you’re conditioning your body to stay explosive and fast, even when your lungs are burning and the rounds get tough.
You don’t need to be a pro to train like one. My conditioning sessions are designed to break limits and build a body that can take a hit and keep delivering. We don't do boring, stationary treadmill runs. We do tire flips for explosive hip power and sledgehammer slams for the kind of core rotational strength that generates a real, fight-ending punch.
The Fighter’s Engine
Every session is about 60 to 90 minutes of pure work. We mix bodyweight circuits, high-intensity plyometrics, and agility ladder drills. If you are training for a competition, we ramp up the volume with stadium stair running, weighted vest movements, and advanced defensive drills. The goal is simple: to make your heart, lungs, and muscles work together as one unit.
Why This Works
Whether you are a beginner looking to drop weight or an athlete sharpening your skills, you need a strong foundation. I watch your form. I correct your posture. I ensure you aren't just moving, but moving with purpose.
- Functional Strength: Using real-world tools like tires and battle ropes for better coordination.
- Conditioning: Cardio that actually translates to better ring performance or daily stamina.
- Accessibility: We are based at the Noida Stadium, making it easy to access the tracks and equipment we need for full-body training.
Aa jao (Come on), try a class. Feel the difference between a standard gym workout and training that builds a fighter.
