Monthly Summer Camp Access
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: Training 5 to 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session with morning or evening slots.
- Coaching: Group instruction led by the Head Coach at Noida Stadium.
Core Boxing Skills
- Basics: Instruction on proper stance, guard positioning, and footwork.
- Striking: Learning Jab and Cross (1-2 combinations) and shadow boxing.
- Bag Work: Drills using USI heavy punching bags for power development.
- Gear: Access to shared boxing gloves for session drills.
Fitness & Conditioning
- Cardio: Group jogging and stair running drills around the stadium complex.
- Strength: Bodyweight circuits (push-ups, sit-ups, squats) on mats.
- Agility: Drills using agility ladders and plastic hurdles.
- Functional: Tire flips and battle rope exercises for explosive power.
Full Season Pro Camp (2 Months)
Advanced Training
- Technique: Progression to hooks, uppercuts, and defensive slips or rolls.
- Precision: Focus mitt drills with the coach to refine accuracy and reaction time.
- Ring Access: Dedicated training time inside the regulation-sized boxing ring.
Sparring & Simulation
- Contact: Controlled light-contact technical sparring sessions.
- Safety Gear: Provision of protective headgear and groin guards during bouts.
- Simulation: Mock bouts to apply techniques under pressure.
Intensive Conditioning
- Endurance: Longer duration outdoor runs and high-repetition calisthenics.
- Intervals: Jump squats, lunges, and core blasting sessions.
- Extras: Participation in team activities like tug-of-war.
About Boxing Summer Camp
Real Challenge, Real Growth
This camp is not your average summer break. I’ve set it up for kids and teens who want to do more than sit at home. We work on strength, stamina, and the real champion mindset. Here, rukna nahi hai (no stopping) – every day is a new push.
What Happens at Camp
I start with the basics, so even if your kid has never worn gloves, they’ll fit right in. We cover stance, footwork, and beginner boxing training, then level up with shadow boxing and bag work. For those who’re ready, there’s supervised sparring - but only when they’re good to go.
Beyond Punches
Our days mix boxing with full-body workouts. Kids run, skip, and sweat through cardio drills. We do push-ups, sit-ups, use resistance bands, and throw in fun stuff like tug-of-war. The idea is simple: build fitness, speed, and teamwork, not just boxers.
Who Comes Here
Boys, girls, sabke liye hai (it’s for everyone). No experience needed. Just show up ready to work and learn. We’ve got a strong bunch of girls building self-defense and confidence right alongside the boys.
The Akhada Vibe
We train at Noida Stadium in our own setup. Full-size ring, mats, punching bags, ladders - everything’s there. The energy here, you have to feel it. Aa jao, try karke dekho (come, give it a try). That’s the only way to really know if it’s for your child.
