At Shaheed Bhagat Singh Boxing Academy, we do not waste time with fancy aesthetics. You will find a regulation-sized boxing ring, heavy bags, battle ropes, and tires. This is a space for people who are serious about learning the sport of boxing, building genuine fitness, or mastering self-defense.
What To Expect In A Session
Every day at the academy is different. One session might focus on technical pad work to sharpen your reaction speed, while the next could be a high-intensity circuit involving tire flips and sledgehammers to build explosive power.
- Technical Drills: We work on shadow boxing and footwork to perfect your rhythm.
- Conditioning: Expect stair running, plyometrics, and core work. We want you to have the stamina to go the distance.
- Controlled Sparring: For those ready to step up, we organize light-contact sparring sessions with headgear to teach ring craft, defensive slipping, and strategy.

We run dedicated batches for kids and women, focusing on confidence and practical self-defense skills.
