This is what my personal training is all about: one-on-one focus to build your skill, strength, and fighter's mindset. I am there to guide every punch and correct every mistake.
Don't underestimate her power. I teach young girls to be strong, confident, and capable of defending themselves. This is what building real girl power looks like.
It all starts with the right stance. I believe in building a strong foundation from a young age, teaching discipline and focus that will help this little champ both in and out of the ring.
Pad work is where we sharpen the tools. This personal training session focuses on developing punching power, accuracy, and combinations, with me absorbing the hits and giving real-time feedback.
Boxing strength isn't just built in the gym. We take it outside with raw power exercises like these tyre and hammer slams to develop explosive, full-body strength.
Time to step into the ring. Controlled sparring is a key part of training for my advanced students, helping them apply their skills, test their reflexes, and learn ring strategy.
The session isn't over until the core is burning. Here, a group of my students works together on synchronized leg exercises to build the stamina and core strength a boxer needs.
This is our squared circle. The boxing ring at my academy is where techniques are perfected, confidence is built, and fighters are made.

For those ready for more, we move into technical sparring in the ring and full-body conditioning with battle ropes and tire flips. This isn't just about weight loss; it is about building a fighter's mindset.
I train kids, youth, and women with the same level of attention. My students learn self-defense that actually works, and young ones learn the discipline and focus that stay with them outside the ring.
