The Training Structure

I offer two main pathways depending on your goals. The Standard Personal Training (12 sessions/month) is perfect for those balancing work or school, focusing on consistent technique and strength. For those serious about competing or rapid transformation, the Intensive Athlete Training (24 sessions/month) ramps up the volume. This includes controlled sparring in the ring, defensive maneuver drills like pivoting and cutting off the ring, and video analysis so you can see your mistakes for yourself.
