About
What Drives Us
People ask, ‘itni marod kis baat ki?’ (Why so much attitude?). It's not attitude, it’s pride from the mitti (soil) we come from and the sweat we put in. We don’t believe in fancy AC gyms. What we offer is open air, raw effort, and a hunger to build asli taakat (real strength). Our basic rule is simple: Eat. Sleep. Train. Repeat.
Personal Training, Our Way
Personal training here means one-on-one fitness coaching that’s built around you. Doesn’t matter if you’re a guy, girl, or kid – if you’re committed, I’ll match your effort. Some come for boxing technique training, others for overall fitness or just to feel more confident. I don’t hand out copy-paste workouts. I’ll push you, teach you the right technique, and keep it real.
The Training Mix
Training is a blend of proper boxing and functional fitness coaching:
- Pad work: Sharpen combos, footwork, defense
- Bag work: Build power and stamina
- Sparring: Test your skills in our outdoor ring (if you’re ready)
- Shadow boxing: Work on movement and speed
- Sledgehammer slams and tire flips
- Bodyweight drills: Push-ups, squats, headstands
- Outdoor workout sessions: Sprints, skipping, and more
Our Akhada
We train outside – Hauz Khas Deer Park or Katwaria Sarai. Full-size boxing ring, mats, gloves, tires, dumbbells. Fresh air, real ground. No walls, no limits.

My Work
Boxing & Fitness Training - We offer outdoor boxing training, desi strength workouts, and personal fitness coaching for all ages.
Old School, Desi Style - Training is in khuli hawa (open air), with mitti, tyre flips, sprints, intense pad work, and sparring.
For the Serious Only - Yahan sirf woh aata hai jo mehnat se nahi darta. Champions bante hain, gym members nahi.
Coaches on the Ground - Main aur Vinay, dono khud training karte hain, aapke saath, har din. No managers, only real coaches.
