At Saksham Fit Box, I mix boxing with fitness to help youth and women get stronger, sharper, and more confident. This isn’t just about punching bags - it’s about building a mindset that sticks with you outside the gym too.
For Young Champs
Kids here don’t just learn boxing moves. I focus on building mental toughness, discipline, and real self-esteem. The workouts are full-body - stamina, agility, coordination, all that jazz. Plus, I teach practical self-defense and leadership skills. My team’s got NIS certified coaches and national/international players, so your child gets top-notch training. You can pick in-person group classes or online sessions - whatever works for your schedule.
For Fearless Women
This is a space for women to get strong, both physically and mentally. No need to be fit already or know boxing - just show up with the will to start. I run female-only workout sessions led by expert trainers, including state and national champs. You’ll learn real-world self-defense, burn calories, and build confidence. The vibe is supportive, not judgy, and classes run six days a week.

My Story
We’re Saksham Fit Box, but most folks just call us the Power Squad. Started out tired of boring gym routines, so we made a space where punching bags and people both get stronger. Doesn’t matter if you’re a kid, a working mom, or a total pro, our coaches (all champs, by the way) will push you. Here, every fall’s just a warmup for your comeback. We fight together, we rise together.
