About Boxing Fundamentals: Drills, Bag & Pad Work
My training is about getting the basics right. We do not skip the repetitive stuff because that is where the real power comes from. When we do pad work, I am looking for your pivot and your extension. You drill it until it becomes muscle memory, not just a movement.
We keep it real at the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Boxing Academy. Our approach to boxing fundamentals is not about looking good, it is about building an athlete from the ground up. In these sessions, you will spend plenty of time on shadow boxing to improve your rhythm and footwork. Then we hit the heavy bags. This is not just about swinging, it is about impact and accuracy.
I personally watch how you hold your guard and throw your crosses. We work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, in our non-AC indoor hall. It gets hot, you will sweat, but that is how we build stamina. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or want to get into the ring, the foundation is the same: discipline.
Beginners learn the stance and movement first. Once that is solid, we move to combinations on the focus pads. You will see teenagers training alongside working professionals, all pushing each other to do one more round. We do not rely on fancy gadgets. We rely on consistency and hard work. If you are serious about learning the sport, come for our 1-day free trial. See the energy for yourself before you commit.

I do not believe in quick fixes. When you step into my academy at Noida Stadium, expect to sweat, focus, and work hard. Whether you are 5 or 50, I will personally ensure your stance is solid and your punches land clean.
