What We Do
We don’t teach flashy show-off stuff. I’m here to get you ready for the streets, not for the movies. What you get is simple: practical, real-world self-defense techniques that actually work. No shortcuts, no hacks - just sweat and results.
Training Focus
- Combat fitness training: Every session brings you closer to fighting fit, with functional workouts that toughen both body and mind.
- Striking and ground defense: You’ll throw punches, kicks, and learn what to do if you end up on the ground. We mix techniques from Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, and grappling.
- Civilian protection strategies: Krav Maga and MMA principles, adjusted for everyday people. This isn’t about sport - it’s about survival.
- Situational awareness skills: You’ll learn how to spot and avoid trouble before it starts. Trust me, this is the most important part.
Who Can Train
Absolute beginners, students, working folks, men or women - all are welcome. No need to be fit or strong to start. Hoga, hoga, aao, aao (it will happen, come on). If you want to feel safer and more confident, this is for you.
More Than Physical
It’s not just fighting. You’ll build mental resilience and confidence to handle tough situations. Not gonna lie, it’s hard work. But you’ll walk out tougher, sharper, and prepared.
Schedule
Sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday, 7:45 PM sharp. No excuses. Show up, give it your all, and see real change.

My Story
People always ask, can I start at 50? Yes. Beginner? Yes. At Dynamic Kickboxing, we don’t care where you start, just that you show up and put in the work. Training’s like a religion for us. Our #dynamicsquad is all ages - 20s to 60s, everyone trying to be better than yesterday. Here, you don’t just sweat, you sparkle. It’s not only about muscle, it’s about building willpower and discipline. It’s you vs you, but we’ve got your back.

How we train - We mix HIIT kickboxing classes, functional strength training, agility and mobility programs. Nothing boring, always something new.
