About Additional Work
Here, we don't believe in fancy equipment or air conditioning. It is just you, the mat, and 90 minutes of sweat. Whether you are on the agility ladders or hitting the heavy bag, every drill is designed to push your stamina, not just your arms.
Boxing is more than just throwing a punch. It is about the 'extra' work that happens before and after the rounds. At our Noida Stadium facility, we mix traditional boxing techniques with functional conditioning to build fighters who don't gas out.
The Daily Grind
Our sessions are intense. We start with conditioning—stair climbing, stadium runs, and tire flips—to build the base. Then, we move to the ring for technical work. You will find students working on footwork, slipping punches, and reaction time using cones and hurdles.
Why We Train This Way
We don't focus on gym aesthetics. We focus on movement. If you want to move like a boxer, you have to train like one.
- Footwork Drills: Essential for ring movement and balance.
- Conditioning: Because a tired boxer is a vulnerable one.
- Cooldowns: We end every session by cooling down and resetting the mind. Discipline isn't just about the workout; it's about the focus you keep throughout.
If you are looking for a place where you will be pushed by a team that actually cares about your progress, come by. We have a 1-day free trial so you can experience the intensity yourself before you commit.
