About Our Training Ground: The Academy & Outdoors
We don't do AC or flashy lights. We do heavy bags, a full-size ring, and stadium tracks. This isn't a gym for posing; it is a training ground where you will use tractor tires, agility ladders, and battle ropes alongside your daily boxing drills. Bring your own gloves if you have them, and be ready to sweat, because we train for stamina and strength, not just for show.
Our Setup
We operate out of a non-AC, open-air style indoor hall. The atmosphere is functional and raw—exactly what you need to focus on your stance, footwork, and power. The space is fitted with high-quality blue mats, multiple heavy bags, and a boxing ring used for controlled sparring sessions.
The Outdoor Advantage
Boxing is about endurance. That is why we take our training beyond the four walls. Our members utilize the open space at Noida Stadium for:
- Track Work: Sprinting and long-distance running to build championship-level lung capacity.
- Conditioning: Circuit training using tractor tires and bodyweight drills on the grass.
- Agility Drills: Ladder and cone work that improves your speed and reaction time in the ring.
What to Expect
Whether you are here for weight loss, self-defense, or amateur competition, the training is rigorous. We follow a 6-day-a-week schedule (Monday to Saturday) with sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. You will be training alongside a diverse group—kids, youth, and adults—all united by the goal of getting stronger. We maintain a community where everyone motivates each other, regardless of their experience level. If you are serious about your fitness and ready to put in the effort, you will find your place here.
