About Girl Power: Women's Boxing & Fitness
We do not do fancy gimmicks here. You will work on agility with ladders, heavy bags, and step-ups, combined with real boxing technique. Every session is designed to make you sweat, build muscle memory, and learn defense tactics that actually work. Whether you are aiming for a competition or just want to get fit, we focus on consistency, because here, we believe in the philosophy: rukna nahi hai.
At Shaheed Bhagat Singh Boxing Academy, we believe fighting is not just for men. Our women’s batches are focused on technical amateur boxing, self-defense, and functional fitness. We do not care about your starting level. We care about your progress.
What You Will Train
- Footwork & Stance: These are the building blocks of every punch. We spend time getting your movement right so you are balanced and ready.
- Technique & Power: You will work on shadow boxing, pad work, and heavy bag routines. These drills sharpen your reflexes and punching power.
- Controlled Sparring: For those ready to test their skills, we offer supervised sparring. It is safe, respectful, and builds the confidence you need to handle real situations.
The Space
We are located right at Noida Stadium in Sector 21A. It is a non-AC facility, but it has the ring, the equipment, and the community that counts. We use tires, steppers, and bodyweight drills to build stamina. You are not just here to burn calories. You are here to learn how to throw a punch, block an attack, and move with purpose. We offer a 1-day free trial so you can walk in, feel the energy, and decide if this is the right place for you. No pressure, just hard work.
