My Philosophy
For me, being healthy is non-negotiable. I stick to the basics Joseph Pilates set down, but I mix in my own approach as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. You’ll notice I pay a lot of attention to how you move, how you breathe, and how your core feels at every step. We don’t just go through the motions - I want you to know why we’re doing each movement and what it’s fixing.
What Training Feels Like
I’ll push you. No lies - thoda push toh banta hai (gotta push a bit). My classes aren’t a walk in the park but I make sure you’re having fun even when you feel that burn. We aim for precision. I don’t do random reps, I want every movement to make sense and show results that last.
What We Fix & Build
We focus on:
- Core strengthening workout to tackle back pain and build a strong base
- Pilates for posture correction, especially if you’ve got that classic desk-job slouch
- Pilates rehabilitation exercises for issues like scoliosis or mobility troubles
- Full body toning with dumbbells, bands, and your own bodyweight
- Flexibility improvement through tailored stretches and flows
How We Train
Pick your style:
- Reformer Pilates session or Cadillac for that resistance and full-body push
- Mat Pilates for a simple, gear-free option
- Personal training at my Hauz Khas studio or at your home
- Group classes if you vibe with community energy
