Pilates & Strength Training in Hauz Khas
Fitness is not about wishful thinking, it is about the work you put in. I blend science-backed Pilates with real-world corrective exercises to help you build strength, fix posture, and move without pain.
This is what a focused group session looks like. Each client works on achieving perfect posture and form during a reformer lunge, building strength and stability in a supportive environment.
People often ask if Pilates is suitable for them later in life. Here is a client at 52, demonstrating incredible balance and control on the reformer while we work on correcting his kyphotic posture. Age is just a number when you train with precision.
Ready for a challenge? Here, we use the Cadillac to build serious upper body and core strength. This advanced movement requires complete control and coordination, showing just how powerful your body can become.
This is a back extension on the roller, an excellent exercise I use to improve kyphotic posture, which is the slouch many of us get from sitting at a desk. We focus on mobilizing the thoracic spine to build a healthier, more upright back.
I believe in hands-on guidance. Here, I'm adjusting a client's form during a group class to ensure she engages the right muscles and maintains a stable core. Proper technique is everything for getting results and preventing injury.
You don't always have to come to the studio. I offer personalized home Pilates training, bringing the full experience with professional equipment right to your doorstep for a convenient and effective workout.
This is the rolling ball exercise on the reformer, a fantastic way to challenge your core stability. The unstable surface of the ball forces your deep abdominal muscles to fire up, building a truly strong center.
In my sessions, every movement is observed and guided. Here, I'm supervising a client during a challenging reformer exercise to ensure he maintains control and proper alignment through his core and legs.
About Featured
I don't just put you on a machine to burn calories. We focus on specific movements to fix issues like the kyphotic posture or scoliosis pain you might be dealing with. Every session involves tactile adjustments, because if you are not engaging the right muscles, you are not actually training.
The Science Behind the Movement
My approach is rooted in the principles of Contrology. I look at your lumbopelvic complex, thoracic spine mobility, and breathing patterns to create a workout that actually corrects imbalances rather than just exhausting you. Whether you are coming in for rehab, scoliosis management, or general strength training, we treat every session like a precision-based project.
Why Train With Us?
- Corrective Focus: We don't ignore the aches. We use Pilates to target the root cause of back pain and desk-job slouching.
- Real Results: We prioritize muscle engagement over rep counts. You will feel the difference after your first session.
- Flexible Setup: Whether you need the full Cadillac and Reformer experience at our Hauz Khas studio or a private session at home, I bring the equipment and the expertise to you.
The Vibe
Expect a bit of sweat and some honest feedback on your form. I am here to push you out of your comfort zone because that is where the results live. If you are looking for a gentle, mindless routine, this might not be for you. If you are ready to be consistent, focused, and challenge your body, let us get to work.
