Having some fun on the Cadillac. This movement is a variation of a skin-the-cat, a calisthenics move that builds incredible shoulder mobility and core control.

This Cadillac workout demonstrates pure strength and control. The client is using the push-through bar and leg springs to perform a hanging core series, engaging her entire body.

This is an advanced inversion exercise on the reformer. It challenges balance and core strength in a completely new way, decompressing the spine at the same time.
