Introductory Reformer Trial Session
Session Breakdown
- Duration: Total 60 minutes breakdown: 45 minutes active floor time and 15 minutes for consultation.
- Consultation: Includes posture assessment and goal setting discussion (weight loss, toning, or rehab).
Facility & Equipment
- Machine Access: Hands-on introduction to the Pilates Reformer carriage, springs, and footbar.
- Amenities: Full access to lockers, changing rooms, and the main studio floor.
Supervision
- Trainer: 100% supervision by a certified instructor during the trial.
- Safety: Introduction to basic KISSS safety protocols to prevent injury.
Monthly Small-Group Reformer Batches
Batch Options
- Frequency: Choose between 8 classes (2 days/week) or 12 classes (3 days/week) per month.
- Capacity: Small group format limited to 6-10 participants per slot to ensure trainer oversight.
Workout Styles
- Reformer Flow: Classic alignment and flexibility movements.
- Circulates: High-intensity fusion of Pilates and cardio circuit training.
- Mat Pilates: Bodyweight flow focusing on core endurance.

- Primary: Dedicated Reformer machine for the entire session duration.

Private 1-on-1 & EMS Monthly Package

- Volume: Options for 8 sessions or 12 sessions per month.
- Customization: Tailored plans for injury rehab (slip disc/knee), sports conditioning, or aesthetic sculpting.
Advanced Equipment
- Full Access: Includes usage of the Cadillac (Trapeze Table), Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector.
- Technology: Option to substitute standard training with 20-minute EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) sessions (Defence Colony location only).

My Story
We’re The Pilates Studio. We started out because regular gyms felt too much, too loud, too intimidating for us and our clients. Here, you walk in with doubts or maybe an old injury, but you leave feeling stronger. Like Arunima, who said she had ‘negative’ arm strength—now she’s all about that stability. Our trainers, Aman sir, Adit sir, they’ll push you, but you’ll laugh, struggle, and come back for more. For us, this is therapy, not just exercise.
