Personal Pilates Training: In-Studio & At-Home Sessions
I bring the science of movement and the challenge of Pilates directly to you, whether you are visiting my Hauz Khas studio or training in the comfort of your own home.
In a personal training session, we break down the fundamentals: posture, balance, and breathing. Here, I'm assisting a client with her form on the reformer to ensure she gets the most out of the exercise.
A full-body flow during a home training session. We move from squats to pikes on the reformer, building strength and endurance in a seamless sequence.
The expression says it all. This hanging core work on the Cadillac during a home session is tough but incredibly rewarding for building upper body and abdominal strength.
We always experiment to keep sessions fun and challenging. Here, a client at home is combining flexibility and core work on the reformer, followed by leg work using a fitness circle with TRX.
This is a core-focused exercise on the reformer during a home session. I'm providing support and tactile cues to help the client engage her abdominals more deeply.
This exercise combines stability with upper body strength. The client is performing a lunge on an unstable surface while doing an arm series, challenging her core to the max.
A full home Pilates session in one clip. We combine work on the reformer with TRX exercises to create a comprehensive, full-body workout that builds both strength and stability.
This lunge variation on the reformer is excellent for targeting the quads and glutes. In a personal session, we can focus on opening up tight hips and thighs with precise movements.
This hanging core work on the Cadillac is a great way to challenge your comfort zone. We focus on maintaining a correct, neutral posture with an engaged core and pointed toes.
About Personal Training: In-Studio & At-Home
Whether you are visiting my Hauz Khas studio or I am coming to your home, the goal is always precision. If we are training at your place, I bring portable equipment like TRX bands and fitness circles to bridge the gap between a gym setup and your living room floor. You do not need a massive machine to start fixing your posture or building core stability, but you do need to be prepared for me to push you, because that is where the real change happens.
In a one-on-one session, there is nowhere to hide. That is the greatest advantage of private training. When you are in a large group class, it is easy to coast. When it is just you and me, I am watching your lumbopelvic complex, your breathing, and your spinal alignment through every single rep. Whether you are dealing with desk-job-induced back pain or looking to level up your strength, we address the root cause of the issue, not just the symptom.
At my Hauz Khas studio, we have the full arsenal: the Cadillac, the Reformer, and the Stability Chair. This is where we do the heavy lifting for deep rehab and advanced athletic conditioning. It is a controlled space designed for maximum focus.
If you choose at-home training, I adapt. I have spent years learning how to replicate the effects of large machines using smaller, portable tools. We use resistance bands, fitness circles, and bodyweight flows to build that same core fire. I carry the science of Pilates to your doorstep. You save the travel time, and I get to see your actual living environment, which often reveals the posture habits causing your pain in the first place. We keep the intensity high, the form perfect, and the results consistent regardless of the venue.
