Why I Love Pilates

Pilates isn’t just another workout for me. It’s a way to find balance - body, mind, and even spirit. I blend classic Contrology principles with a bit of local flavour. Yogah samatvam uchyate (Balance is Yoga) guides every class. My goal? You feel stronger, lighter, and just... better.

What You Get With Me

  • Reformer pilates classes with all the cool gear - reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, ladder barrel, BOSU, TRX. Yup, headstands and burpees too (if you’re game).
  • Mat sessions, sometimes with props - rings, light dumbbells, whatever keeps things fresh.
  • Small group pilates sessions. Never more than 5 in a class. You get real attention, not lost in a crowd.
  • I work with everyone - total newbies, pros, dancers, athletes, people coming back from injuries. Pilates for injury recovery is something I’m really proud of.

  • Mobility and flexibility? They’ll sneak up on you.
  • Posture improves, muscle tone builds, balance gets sharper.

My Story

Hey, we’re WellFlow. Not just a studio—think of it as your second home with good vibes, soulful music, and super clean floors (yes, even the picky folks say so). Our team’s got trainers like Jatin sir, Pallavi, Anjali, Sweksha—सब बहुत अच्छे से समझाते हैं (everyone explains so well). Sometimes we dance between classes, just for fun. Folks come from Noida, Delhi, even Korea. We’re here to make wellness feel easy, happy, and a little bit magical.
