A Peek Inside Our Pilates Studio Sessions
See how we mix control, strength, and a little bit of sweat at our Hauz Khas studio. From the Reformer to the Cadillac and outdoor strength flows, here is what training with us looks like.
This is me in the zone. Focused, determined, and pushing through the burn. This is the same level of dedication I bring to every client's session.
A snapshot of a full month in one frame. This shows the diversity of our training, from challenging foam roller exercises to advanced inversions on the Cadillac.
This is all about control and coordination. This client is performing a leg series on the reformer that requires her to keep her core completely still while her legs move independently.
An upper body focused movement on the reformer. This exercise targets the shoulders and back, building strength and improving posture with slow, controlled pulls.
A quick tour of the studio and the work we do. Pilates strengthens the body with a deep emphasis on core strength, which improves general fitness and overall well-being.
We often combine Pilates with traditional strength training. Here, a client is performing dumbbell exercises on a mat outdoors, proving that you can build strength anywhere.
About More From The Studio
People ask if Pilates gets repetitive, but my sessions at the studio prove otherwise. By rotating between the Reformer, Cadillac, and outdoor strength training, we force your muscles to adapt and stay engaged. It is never just about one move, it is about how we layer controlled, corrective exercises to build real stability while keeping the energy high enough that you actually want to show up.
What Happens Inside Our Hauz Khas Studio
I built this space for people who want results, not just a place to stand around. Whether you are using the Reformer for resistance or the Cadillac for deep-tissue lengthening, the goal remains the same: we focus on the science of movement.
Why Variety Matters
When you do the same gym routine every day, your body eventually stops responding. That is why we mix it up. One day you might be focusing on thoracic spine mobility on the Cadillac, and the next you are doing high-intensity lunges on the Reformer. This variance prevents plateaus and keeps the brain-to-muscle connection sharp.
The 'Corrective' Approach
Even in a fun group setting, I watch how you move. If you are struggling with a kyphotic posture from desk work or dealing with chronic lower back tightness, I will tweak your alignment on the fly. We are not just burning calories, we are fixing how your body carries itself.
Training Philosophy
- Precision over reps: If your form breaks, we stop. Precision is the only way to get those muscles firing correctly.
- Contrology: We honor Joseph Pilates' original principles. It is about deep breathing and core engagement, not just swinging limbs around.
- Real-world strength: We often take it to the mat or outdoors to combine Pilates with functional strength training, ensuring the work you do here translates to your daily life.
Whether you are looking for post-rehab support or just want to get significantly stronger, the studio is set up to handle it. You provide the effort, and I provide the roadmap to get you there.

I am Saurabh. At Pilates For You, we do not do boring routines because life is too short for that. I combine deep-dive movement science with enough of a push to make sure you actually see results, not just sweat.
