I stick to the basics that work: stretch, strength, control. Every session mixes controlled movement and mindful breathing, so you’re not just working out your body but also clearing your head. My method is low-impact, so your joints don’t take a beating, but you still get that Reformer Pilates workout burn. If you want more focus, I offer private sessions, but group Pilates classes bring a whole different vibe – lots of energy and motivation.
